This dress has a voluminous body with a deep back v opening. Features an inner tie around the waist that can be lightly cinched. The tie can be inside, or hang on the outside of the back v. When the tie is lightly tied into a knot/bow in the back, it creates a wave-like ripple around the upper front body of the dress. The skirt flows out and has a nice wavy movement to it.
